George Palmer joined Dunn and Baker in the spring of 2011 as a solicitor. George has over 25 year experience civil litigation and has acted for a wide variety of clients including both individuals and companies in matters ranging from contractual disputes, arguments over boundaries and other property litigation to negligence and contentious probate. In recent years however he has increasingly specialised in landlord and tenant issues as well as all aspects of property litigation.

David Randle is a solicitor and joined Dunn & Baker in March 2009. David has extensive Civil Litigation practice including contractual claims, debt recovery and commercial disputes. David also has a very healthy employment practice, advising companies on procedure and policy. David also represents employees who wish to pursue claims, in all areas of employment law.

Kathy Trist is a solicitor with Dunn & Baker having joined the firm as a newly qualified solicitor in 2004. Prior to this, Kathy had qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2001 and has been involved with Litigation since 1996. Kathy deals with General Civil Litigation and has a particular interest in Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Employment Claims (both from the Employer and the Employee perspective) and Contract or Property Disputes.

Polly Jones is a solicitor who joined Dunn & Baker in May 2010. Polly deals with all aspects of general litigation with a focus on Employment Law. In particular, Polly has a keen interest in race, disability, sex and age discrimation claims.
