Darren Cleverdon is Head of the Family Department and a Partner at Dunn & Baker. He is a Resolution Accredited Specialist, Mediator and a Collaborative Lawyer.
He deals with all aspects of matrimonial and family law but specialises in complex financial and property matters. Darren also assists clients with complex children issues.

Caroline Salvatore is a Partner at Dunn & Baker and has been involved both in family law and criminal law for some 20 years. Caroline takes some pride in the positive entries about her in the national directory of the legal profession "Chambers 2006" and "Chambers 2007" as a recommended Exeter solicitor.
She is both a member of Resolution and the Law Society Family Panel. Caroline's equal experience in the fields of both family law and criminal law, gives her a unique ability to identify and solve problems from both sides of the fence.

Tim Weatherhogg is a Legal Executive and has been with Dunn and Baker since 1991. Tim specialises in all aspects of family work including divorce and separation, domestic disputes, children matters (both private and public), finances and co-habitation.
Tim is a Resolution Accredited Specialist (Private Law Children matters and Domestic Abuse) and is also a member of the Law Society's Family Law Accreditation Scheme.

Fin O'Leary is a Solicitor who changed careers in her early 30's having worked 1st as a general nurse and then later, specializing in psychiatry.
It is sometimes reflected upon that Fin's experience in the latter field has assisted her in her work that she now does in the family team focusing on all aspects and matters associated with divorce and separation as she strives to maintain an objective but empathetic stance. Fin is a Resolution Accredited Specialist and member of the Children's Panel.

Emma is a member of Resolution and she deals with all aspects of family law with a focus on divorce and associated issues.

Elga Smith is an experienced child law solicitor who is also a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority's Children Panel Accredited Scheme.
Elga has successfully undertaken highly specialist training in the area of child law which enables her to represent a children's Guardian, the children themselves and indeed their parents or their relatives in all types of proceedings such as care, adoption or contact/residence.

Helen Trott is a solicitor and joined Dunn and Baker in 2009. She deals with all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce and related financial and children aspects. Helen regularly attends Court and meetings with the local authority. Helen is a full member of Resolution.

Beverly Bradley is a paralegal within the Family Team. She assists the department on all aspects of family law and is responsible for the processing of costs within the department. Bev also attends court and meetings with advocates and clients as required.
