Emma-Booth

Emma Booth is an Associate Solicitor in the family department and joined Dunn & Baker in 2005. She is a member of Resolution and approaches all cases enthusiastically, but thoughtfully and relies heavily on the ethos of Resolution; using an approach to family law that is sensitive, constructive, cost-effective and most likely to result in an agreement.

This is particularly appropriate in modern times, where for a variety of reasons, clients are cost focused when dealing with matters arising from separation, or planning for the future of their family. Emma is able to offer a selection of fixed fee schemes for privately paying clients in relation to divorce, financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements and similar issues. Please contact her for more details.
