Announcing Our New Managing Partner
Dunn and Baker Solicitors are please to announce the promotion of Simon Cutting to Managing Partner. For many years now, Simon has sat at the partnership table, both in full partners meetings and equity and has been the fount of knowledge of the firm that all partners have wholly relied upon.
Previously unable to offer Simon the status within the firm that his role deserved, we are delighted that the law Society have readdressed their rules and have made changes to now allow non practicing partners with in law firms.
Simon has been approved by the Law Society / SRA for Partner status. It is with considerable pleasure therefore that we announce that as from 31st March 2010, Simon will join the partnership in the capacity of Managing Partner. This does no more than reflect the reality, but also recognises his contribution, and will cement his management authority to the outside world and within the firm.
