Welcome Mark Willows

Mark is a licensed conveyancer with over 30 years’ experience dealing with a wide range of freehold and leasehold residential and commercial property transactions. 

Mark relocated with his family to the South West from the North of England in 2006. 

Before joining QualitySolicitors Dunn and Baker earlier this summer Mark was employed as a manger working for an Exeter based Legal Practice in their land and development property team. Mark primarily acted for builders, developers and commercial clients dealing with acquisitions, setting up development sites and other complex high value property transactions. 

Mark has recently advised clients in relation to: 

• The high value sale of a country home and agricultural holding in Dartmoor.
• The option for the acquisition of a site for a multi-million pound redevelopment project within Exeter.
• An option for the acquisition of a residential development site. 

Mark is now working to help develop the highly regarded property team at QualitySolicitors Dunn and Baker by extending his range of contacts with local developers and agents.
